kali ni aku nk share satu resipi yg plg ringkas, sihat & sedap. Almaklumlah ... dah kata jadi suri rumah sebab nak masak makanan sihat utk keluarga. So, kena la rajin mencuba resipi2 yg sesuai. Sambil mencuba sambil berkongsi. Paling penting sekali aku mmg tak berapa suka habiskan terlalu banyak masa di dapur sahaja. Sebab ada byk lagi aktiviti lain yg aku SUKA & PERLU BUAT dlm sehari. Jadi kali ni aku cuba sedaya upaya cari benda yg mudah utk dibuat tapi memberi kepuasan dalam kehidupan seharian spt aktiviti memasak sambil buat 'photoshoot' berkaitan. Pastinya resipi ni 100% dh terbukti berjaya coz mmg aku sendiri yg cuba, bukan copy paste semata2.

Basically korg tgk gmbr je msti korang terus cam dh bahan2 die, bahan2 yg sentiasa ada je la kat dapur korg tu. Xde yg fancy2 sgt hokey! Senang ckp korg ambik apa2 ikan yg korg teringin, gaul dgn bahan2 yg dlm pic tu ☟ & kukus selama 20-40 minit. SIAP .. selamat mencuba! c ya!

steamed fish recipes SIMPLE, DELICIOUS & HEALTHY!
 



INGREDIENTS:

FISH (any suitable fish that u desire)

chilli
tomato
shallops
garlic
onion
carrot

soy sauce
oyster sauce
salt
sugar

Put ur fish on a tray or any suitable plate and mixed all the other ingredients to marinade ur fish. Please refer above photos ☝ Put it on ur ready steamer with a boiling water and let it steamed cooked about 20-40 minutes depends on ur fish size. After it've been cooked, u may serve ur fish with a lil a bit squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy ur meal!
